- Custom designs will take 2 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS
- NO DISCOUNTS OR CODES can be used on custom products - Orders will be cancelled if discounts are used
- Calligraphy design will be similar to the style shown in the thumbnail photo
- For multiple sizes and designs, you must add more than one quantity to your cart

For name customizations, add them to the notes section at checkout
- At this time, ONLY names are accepted for custom orders - No social media handles at this time
- Designs that contain the same name, will be the same exact design for multiple sizes
- Once orders have been submitted, names cannot be changed to another
- Background design is not customizable
- We do not offer custom sizing - All sizes are listed in the thumbnail photos
No physical product will be shipped. Files come in a .zip format with multiple PDF files of the size purchased when completed and finished.

- Final designs will be sent via email
