Digital Products FAQ
Do you offer any physical or printed designs?
We apologize, but we only offer printables/downloadable files. Please look at product descriptions to see if a product is a printable vs. physical product.
Do you offer custom designs or changes to designs?
Products come as is. We do not offer any custom lettering or changes.
I need help printing inserts -- Can you help with this?
With each purchase, you will get a print guide for your specific product that you are purchasing. Also, at the top of our site, we have guides for you to take a look at for additional help :)
What is the best paper to print on and what materials do I need?
This is all up to you an personal preference :) If you would like to look at the products I am currently using, please take a look at this link for a more detailed description. I do also have them listed on my amaz0n storefront.

What are the different files included in my printable purchases?
Depending on the size you purchased, you will receive specific files for those sizes. ALL files are sized to be printed on US Letter Paper.
Crops -- One page per layout with crop marks
NoCrops -- Layout is for printing directly on pre-cut/pre-sized paper. One layout per page
US Letter Paper -- Contains multiple layouts per page for printing on US Letter Paper
What sizes do you offer?
We offer: A5, Half Letter, Mini HP, Personal Wide, Franklin Covey Compact, Personal, A6, and pocket. Some designs may include Hobonichi Weeks and Classic HP.
We have stopped offering the following sizes: Classic HP and B6
What programs are needed?
We highly recommend printing with Adobe Acrobat and NOT from your browser or computer system.
When printing in Adobe Acrobat, make sure you are either printing in "Actual Size" or "Custom Scale: 100%".
Physical Products FAQ
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer and returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your package, please reach out to us as soon as possible :)
Shipping Policies
How long will it be till I receive my order?
For digital orders, after payment has been completed and processed, you will get an instant link with your downloads.
For physical orders, orders may take anywhere from a few days to weeks. We ship from Northern California so please keep in mind that East Coast deliveries may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, but we have decided to only ship within the US at the moment. If you have a US forwarding address, you may still make purchases with us.

Do you have any discount codes?
We do not offer any discount codes. However, we do offer a rewards program where you can sign up and start earning and collecting points :) On the bottom right of the home page, you will see a little icon where you can click and learn how to become a member.
How do rewards points work?
For every $1 spent, you will receive 5 points. You will get $5 off for 500 points. In order to redeem your coupon, your order must be over $5. Codes cannot be converted to cash and any remaining points will not transfer over.
I forgot to apply a discount code to my order. Can I apply this after my purchase has been made?
Unfortunately, codes must be inputted at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply any discount codes to previous orders. However, your rewards points do not expire :)
Can I combine coupon codes?
Coupon codes cannot be combined. Codes are also not active during any sales.
