Important Information

  • Designs here at My Minimal Planner are for personal use only -- any sharing, distributing, selling, replicating, or duplication designs are strictly prohibited
  • Digital products are available to purchase world wide
  • VAT may apply to certain countries/regions
  • Please double check that your shipping address is correct, incorrect information may result in lost or delayed packages
  • Due to the pandemic, international orders may take from 2 - 3+ weeks for delivery
  • Due to the new VAT, we will no longer be shipping products to the EU


My Minimal Planner is not responsible for:

  • Any lost, stolen, damaged physical products -- once your item has been shipped out, we no longer have control over your package
  • Delays in delivery
  • Custom charges, fees, taxes

Digital Orders 

  • We DO NOT ship out any physical/tangible products -- Located on the product page, you will see if the product is a digital or physical product. This applies to our printable inserts, dashboards, stickers, sticky notes, digital paper, and some planner cards
  • Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a link through the site and through email with your purchases containing your products

Available for shipping within the U.S. ONLY

UNTRACKED shipping is only available for orders $20.00 & UNDER (excludes taxes and shipping)

Anything above $20 will automatically be upgraded to TRACKED shipping

*Please Note: Untracked/Stamped shipping may take up to ONE MONTH to arrive

  • Sent by USPS First Class Mail
  • You will NOT receive a tracking number
  • PLEASE READ: We will offer ONE replacement order with UNTRACKED shipping if your first order was lost or did not arrive. If that order still did not arrive, there will be a charge for tracked shipping for your next replacement.


    • Current shipping times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location
    • Shipping Carrier: USPS First Class Package
    • Standard flat rate shipping for orders UNDER $35
    • Orders OVER $35 qualify for free shipping for US Customers only (not including taxes and shipping fees)
    • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
    • Depending on your location, packages and delivery may take from 2 - 10+ business days to be delivered

    International Shipping Orders and Information

    • At this time, we are only offering internationally shipping to select countries outside the United States
    • We ship USPS First Class Package International -- We DO NOT offer any stamped shipping
