Important Information

  • Designs here at My Minimal Planner are for personal use only -- Any sharing, distributing, selling, replicating, or duplication of designs are strictly prohibited
  • Digital products are available to purchase worldwide
  • VAT may apply to certain countries/regions
  • Due to the VAT and tariffs, we will no longer be shipping internationally for physical products

 

My Minimal Planner is not responsible for

  • Any lost, stolen, damaged packages -- Once your item has been shipped, we not longer have control over packaging and shipping deliveries or delays
  • Custom charges, fees, taxes

 

Digital Orders

  • Located on the product page, you will see if the product is a digital or physical product. This applies to our printable inserts, dashboards, stickers, sticky notes, digital paper, and some planner cards. 
    • Unless otherwise stated, all products are digital files
  • Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a link through the site and through email with your purchases containing your products

Untracked vs. Tracked Shipping (US Customers)

 

  • UNTRACKED SHIPPING -- NO TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED:
    • Available for orders that are $7.00 & UNDER (excludes taxes and shipping)
    • Anything above $7.00 will automatically be upgraded to TRACKED shipping
    • Untracked shipping may take up to ONE MONTH to arrive
    • PLEASE READ: We will offer ONE replacement order with UNTRACKED shipping if your first order was lost/did not arrive. If that order still did not arrive, there will be a charge for tracked shipping on your replacement.

 

  • TRACKED SHIPPING -- TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED:
    • Standard flat rate shipping for orders UNDER $35
    • Orders OVER $35 qualify for free shipping for US customers only (not including taxes and shipping)
    • Please allow 24 - 28 hours for tracking number to update
    • Packages may take from 3 - 10+ business days for delivery

 

International Shipping and Information

  • At this time, we have decided to ship within the United States only
  • If you have a US forwarding address, you will still be able to make purchases
