How do custom name designs and orders work and are they physical products?

As a one-woman team, I can only handle so many orders at a time :') I will open up a certain amount of spots on the product listing page. Announcements for # of listings will be posted on our Instagram @myminimalplanner. Please follow us for more accurate details there :) 

Our custom products are still digital products - no physical products are available. You will receive your finished product via email.

*Please make sure the email address you've entered is spelled correctly - If you haven't received your order please check your junk/spam folder 

 

How long do custom designs take?

Custom designs will take around 2 -3 business days. Anything placed over the weekend, will not be worked on until the following business day. 

 

What custom designs are offered?

For the time being, we are only offering custom NAME designs. Maybe in the future, we will add in more!

*Please note that background designs are not customizable

 

What sizes are offered for custom name designs?

We offer the same sizes that are listed on our website for our other products. We do not do custom sizing.

Do you offer any other fonts?

All script/lettering is written by me! The example thumbnail and photo will have the same brush style and will look similar to the photo shown. Designs will vary depending on name and size. 

 

I'm not satisfied with how my name design came out, is there anything you can do?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with how your name turned out, please email us using our Contact Us Form or emailing us at myminimalplanner@gmail.com with your order number. 

REVISIONS:

  • If you are not satisfied with your first design, we will honor TWO free revisions
  • Revisions will be the name provided at the time of purchase
    • Revisions cannot be changed to another name
    • If you'd like a different name, another order must be placed
  • Please allow me extra time for any revisions <3
