Digital Products FAQ


Do you offer any physical/printed designs?
We apologize but we only offer printables/downloadable files. Product descriptions will state if a product is printable versus a physical product. 

Do you offer any custom designs or any changes to products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any custom designs for products. All designs will come as is and there will be no changes to any designs.

I need help printing inserts. How do I print them?
With each purchase, you will receive a print guide with step-by-step instructions on how to print your goods.

What is the best paper to print on?
This is all up to you and your preference! For myself, I print on 28lb paper for inserts. For dashboards, we recommend printing on card stock, linen/texture paper, or vellum :) 
You can find these options on Amazon or your local craft/office store.

 

What are the different files included in my printable purchases?
Depending on your planner size(s) purchased, you will receive those specific files. ALL files are sized for printing on US Letter Paper.
  • “Crops”: This layout is used for printing on US Letter paper with crop marks. This consists of one layout per page.
  • “NoCrops”: This layout is for printing directly on pre-cut paper. This file also contains one layout per page. 
  • “US Letter Paper”: This layout is for printing on US Letter Paper and will contain multiple layouts per page.

 

What sizes do you offer?

The sizes that we currently offer are listed on the product page in the drop down tab. Here is also a full list of what we carry: A5, Half Letter, Mini HP, Personal Wide, Franklin Covey Compact, Personal. A6, and Pocket. Some designs may include hobonichi weeks, Classic HP, and B6. 

We stopped offering inserts in the following sizes: Classic HP and B6.

 

Printing Must-Do / Tips
  • We highly recommend that you print with Adobe Acrobat and NOT from your browser. 
  • For our other print guides, please visit our Print Guides Page
  • Please make sure than when printing from Adobe Acrobat that you are printing in “Actual Size” or “Custom Scale: 100%.

Physical Products FAQ


What material are your stickers made of?
Our stickers are water-proof and are printed on glossy vinyl paper and finished with a glossy laminate to give them more durability and protection. However, this does not mean that our stickers are indestructible :) Also, our stickers are made in-house and handmade with love! Please be aware that some small imperfections may appear.

 

Can I use your stickers on my water bottle?
Yes, our stickers are water-proof and safe to put on your bottles! However, do not put these stickers in the dishwasher.
If you are putting our stickers on a water bottle, please keep in mind that with constant use and exposure to water/liquids; stickers may lose their ink, adhesive, and wear over time.

 

How to apply stickers:
Before applying your sticker down, please make sure that your surface is clean, clear of any dust, and dry from any liquids. A mixture of these may result in your sticker peeling and not sticking down correctly.

How long will it be till I receive my order?
For digital orders, once we receive and payment has been authorized, you will be emailed a link with your purchases/downloads. For physical orders, orders normally take from a few days and in some cases, depending on your location, weeks to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?
We apologize but we are only shipping within the United States and Canada. Due to the VAT rates, we are not shipping to the EU.

Sales, Discounts/Rewards, and Restocks


When will the next sale be?
We announce all of our sales on our Instagram page/stories. Please follow us on Instagram @myminimalplanner for updates regarding sales. Occasionally, we will also send out emails regarding our sales.
Do you have any discount codes? 
At this time, we don’t offer any discount codes. However, we do offer a rewards program where you can sign up for free and accumulate points for rewards. On the mobile or desktop view, there is a little rewards icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Simply open this and follow instructions on how to become a member. 

How do rewards points work?
For every $1 spent, you will receive 5 points. You will get $5 off for 500 points. In order to redeem your $5 coupon, you must make a purchase over $5. Codes cannot be converted into any cash.
I forgot to apply a discount code to my order. Am I able to apply the code once my purchase has been made?
Unfortunately, codes must be used at the time of purchase/checkout. We are unable to apply any discount codes to previous orders. However, your rewards points do not expire, so you will be able to use them for your next time of shopping :) 

 

Can I combine any coupon codes?
Coupon codes cannot be combined with more than one code. Codes are also not active during sales.
