There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on both digital or physical orders
Digital Products:
- We DO NOT offer any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital orders if:
- an incorrect size, quantity/amount, or wrong design was purchased
- For both digital and physical products, we do not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations
- Please double check that you are purchasing the correct
- Planner sizes
- Quantity / Amount
- Unfortunately, purchasing the incorrect size or quantity/amount -- we do not give any returns, refunds, or exchanges
Physical Products:
- For physical products, if you come across any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us through our contact form
- For physical products, if you order has not been processed or shipped, you may request for a cancellation of your order -- however, we cannot guarantee a cancellation
