*** There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

Shipping + Digital Orders
  • For digital products - We DO NOT ship out any physical/tangible products -- This applies to our inserts, dashboards, stickers, sticky notes, digital paper, and some planner cards

  • Please double check that you are purchasing the correct planner size(s) and quantity/amount for each design -- there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges if you have purchased the incorrect amount and size(s) of a design

  • Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a link through the site and through email with your purchases containing your products

  • Digital orders are for personal use only -- any sharing, distributing, selling, replicating, or duplicating are prohibited

  • Digital products are available for purchase world wide

  • VAT may apply to certain countries/regions

      Shipping + Physical Orders
      • Current processing + Shipping Times is 2 - 7 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends)

      • Shipping Carrier: USPS First Class Package

      • $35+ orders ship for free for US Customers (not including shipping fees)

      • Standard flat rate shipping for orders under $35

      • Processing times DOES NOT include shipping time

      • Please double check that your shipping address is correct - incorrect information may result in lost or delayed packages

      • We ONLY offer tracked shipping, we DO NOT offer stamped shipping -- This is to provide you with updates on your order

      *Due to COVID-19, customers may experience a delay in their shipping process.

      Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to update. Depending on your location, packages may take from 2 - 10+ days to be delivered.


      International Shipping + Physical Orders
      • Current processing + Shipping Times is 2 - 7 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends)

      • At this time, we are only offering internationally shipping to select countries outside the United States

      • We ship USPS First Class Package International - We do not offer any stamped shipping

      • Processing times does not include shipping time

      • Please double check that your shipping address is correct - incorrect information may result in lost or delayed packages

      • Due to COVID-19, International orders may take up to 2 - 3+ weeks for delivery

      *During this time, we are only shipping internationally to Canada. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

      *Due to the new VAT, we will not longer be shipping products to the EU

      • Any lost, stolen, or damaged physical products - once your item has been shipped out, we no longer have control over your package

      • Delays in delivery (Due to COVID-19, there has been an increase in shipping times and customers may experience delays in receiving their packages)

      • Custom charges, fees, or taxes

       

      Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, + Cancellations

      Digital Products
      • There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, on cancellations on digital products

      • Please double check that you are purchasing the correct size(s) and amount/quantity

      • Once your order has been placed, payment has been received, and downloaded, there will be no cancellations on digital orders

      Physical Products
      • We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products -- If you come across any problems with your order, please feel free to reach out using our contact form

      • You may request for a cancellation of your order if you has not been processed or shipped
