Do you offer any physical/printed designs (dashboards, inserts, sticky notes, paper, cards, etc.)?

We apologize but we only offer printables/downloadable files. We DO NOT ship out any physical products. All items will state on the listing if it is a physical or printable product.

 

Do you offer any custom designs?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any custom designs for products.

 

Can I make any changes to products/designs?

All products come as is and we do not offer any changes to designs. All designs will come as is on photos/listings.

 

I need help printing my inserts. How do I print them?

With each purchase, you will be provided with a guide on printing your products. In the files, there is a step-by-step guide on how to print.

We highly recommend printing your products with Adobe Acrobat

What is the best paper to print on?

Depending on your preference of paper, we suggest printing on 28lb to 32lb paper for inserts. For dashboards, we recommend cardstock, linen/texture paper, or vellum :) You can find these options on Amazon or your local office/supply store.

 

What are the different file sizes included in my printable purchases?

Depending on your planner size and which products you have purchased, you will receive specific files. ALL files are sized for printing on US Letter Paper.

“Crops”: This layout is for printing on US Letter Paper with crop marks. This file consists of one layout per page.

“NoCrops”: This layout is for printing directly on pre-cut paper. This file also contains one layout per page.

“US Letter Paper”: This layout is for printing on US Letter Paper and will contain multiple layouts on one page. 

 

What sizes do you offer?

The sizes that we currently offer are listed here: A5, Half Letter, Classic HP, Mini HP, Personal Wide, Franklin Covey Compact, Personal, A6, and Pocket. Some designs may also include the hobonichi weeks or B6 size.

 

I’m having some trouble printing inserts, do you have any tips?

Our biggest tip to printing inserts correctly is using Adobe Acrobat. Please make sure that your settings are correct and you are printing in “Actual Size” or “Custom Scale: 100%”. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to us using our contact form.

 

Shipping + Return Policies
Do you accept any returns or exchanges?

We apologize but we do not accept any returns on digital or physical products. Please visit our shipping + return policy for a more detailed description of our return policies. And please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any orders.

 

How long will it be till I receive my order?

For digital orders, after your payment has been processed, you will be emailed a link with your purchases/downloads. For physical orders, please visit our shipping + return page.

 

Do you offer stamped shipping?

We do not offer any stamped or untracked shipping. All of our physical products are shipped with tracking to provide you with updates on your orders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are only shipping within the United States and Canada. Due to the VAT rates, we are also not shipping to the EU.

 

Sales + Discounts/Rewards + Restocks
When will the next sale be?

Most of the time, our sales are announced on our instagram page/stories. Please follow us on Instagram @myminimalplanner for updates regarding sales. Occasionally, we also send out emails regarding our sales.

 

How do you sign up for the rewards program?

On mobile or the desktop, there will be an icon on the bottom right corner of our site. You will be able to sign up for our program within that window.

 

How do rewards points work?

For every $1 spent, you will receive 5 points. You will get $5 off for 500 points. In order to redeem your coupon, your purchase must be over $5. Codes cannot be converted into any cash.

 

I forgot to apply a discount code to my order. Am I able to apply the code?

Unfortunately, codes must be used at the time of your checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes to previous orders. However, points do not expire, so you will be able to use them for your next purchase :)

 

Can I combine any coupon codes?

Coupon codes cannot be combined with more than one code. Codes are also not active during sales.
